1. Do you throw parties on beaches not directly listed on your website?

Yes!  We can help host a party on lots of our local beaches to the north or to the south of Seaside.  Just reach out and ask!

2.  What if I need more than 5 hours for my party.  Can I add extra hours?

Sure!  If you decide that you need extra hours just let us know!  There is a $50 charge per additional hour and please make sure to let us know in advance so we can accomodate.

3.  Do you have party options not listed on your website?

Yes!  We are always excited to hear what our customers would like and make their ideas come to life!  Just let us know how we can make it extra special for you.  Colors, themes, party ideas....we are here to help you have the BEST time on the beach.

4.  Is alcohol permitted on the beach?  Do you supply alcohol with any of your party packages?

Great question!  Yes, alcohol is permitted on Oregon beaches.  But, No, Seaside Beach Parties does not supply alcohol (wine, beer, hard liquor) with their party packages.  If you are interested in a bar set-up, please let us know, and we can help facilitate that.

5.  What kind of communication do you use the day of a party?  What if something goes wrong?

Seaside Beach Parties and their clients are in full contact the day of the party.  Email communications used through the booking process change over to text and phone the day of the party.  That way when set up is ready, the party hostess is contacted immediately and the party can start!  Also, if any questions or problems arise, you can reach out to us and we are available to help.

6.  What if I need to cancel a party that I booked?

If you need to cancel a party, please let us know as soon as possible.  Cancellations may result in full refunds, partial refunds, or no refunds depending on the day cancelled.

7.  What if the weather is cloudy or it starts to rain?

That is a great question!  The weather out here on the Oregon Coast is special.  One moment it is sunny, then it decides to rain!  Or the clouds and wind roll in.  Or it is sunny and beautiful as we all hope it to be. Regardless of what Mother Nature throws our way, Seaside Beach Parties is not responsible for iffy weather or weather that decides to change during an event.  On the bright side, funny weather can create lasting stories and unforgettable memories - we've seen it!
